This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and driven individual to be a part of the relaunching of the JumeirahLowndeshotel.
The hotel is currently being reinvented as a beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Belgravia with a newly decorated ground floor.
We are looking for an Chef de Partie who will be a pioneer in reinventing the guest experience with high levels of customisation and service beyond expectations.
The successful candidate will be part of something special and will have the opportunity to bring their ideas to the table, with high levels of empowerment to implement new innovations.
JumeirahLowndesHotel has updated all technology including Opera Cloud, mobile technology, HotSOS Rex, E-Butler, E-Concierge and many others.
About therole As the Chef de Partie you will be responsible to prepare food items for our outlets in accordance with recipes provided to you buy the Head Chef and Sous Chef.
You will be responsible to meet to meet customers satisfaction and support the head chef and sous chef ensuring consistent quality, organizing daily orders and reviewing received products.
As the Chef de Partie, you will have established standards and quality by following and supervising DMCPs in recipes and preparation techniques and hygiene.
The successful candidate will have the following experience and skills:
Ideally experiencein a similarposition within a luxury5 starenvironmentis desirable Current experience within a hotel or similar environment Excellent level of English Excellent communicator and able to connect with all levels in the business with the ability to motivate your colleagues.
Effective organisationalskills;able to prioritise tasks and self-manage a workload Excellent personal presentation with a warm and welcoming personality.
