From three-course dinners to the perfect afternoon tea, we need a Chef de Partie who is ready to deliver a diverse set of dishes.
Because our menus are designed around so many palates and plates, we have a huge variety of skills under one roof.
Who wouldnt want to learn to make labneh from our dedicated Middle Eastern chef? Or to bake the perfect scone? And the best part:
if you have a signature dish a traditional recipe from your home town, perhaps it could even end up on our menu.
The Chef de Partiewill be responsible forthe following duties:
To ensure that all food is cooked and presented to excellent quality as devised by the Senior Chefs.
To work under the direction of the Senior Chefs and manage the Commis and Demi Chefs.
To clean and maintain all kitchen areas, including equipment and tools to Safe and Sound standards.
To place food orders as required for the daily production.
