We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our team, all of us are passionate about British ingredients, fine wine and delivering a memorable guest experience in our stunning Central London restaurant, and event space, with a historic Victorian interior.
The main purpose of this role will be to support the Senior chefs in the day-to-day tasks, deputise when they are not on shift, mentor less experienced team members, to deliver a fantastic guest experience, from first contact to last.

You already have:
+ 1 years experience at chef de partie level Have the capability to support with kitchen admin 2 years restaurant or event kitchen experience Passion for Food and hospitality Ability to be a role model Flexibility around working hours Reliable You will be:
Supporting the Senior chefs in the day to day running of either restaurant or event kitchen activities, as directed.
Trusted to work alone and deputise in the managers absence Ensuring the team always deliver the highest possible levels of customer service Mentoring and supporting less experienced team members Maintaining food and health and safety standards Support the ongoing training and management of team members What you will get:
