*The Role * * Assisting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in the preparation of the food to maintain and further the reputation of the restaurant as one of Cornwall’s true food destinations * Responsible for sections as required * Working with the freshest of local ingredients * One to one development with renowned Head Chef *You * * Already an experienced, aspiring Chef de Partie looking for a kitchen where you can develop your skills * Strong background in the basics and an ambition to be the best * Proven record at Chef de Partie level in a kitchen of equal standing * An ability for problem solving and looking at things from a creative point of view *Benefits * * Salary £26,000 + Gratuity c.
