With our expansive Kitchen Garden, family-owned Farm, private Game Estate, and extensive local suppliers, we aim to champion homegrown Kentish produce.
We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our team - you should be ready to work at 1 AA Rosette level, or have solid experience at a comparable/relevant level.
We are a family run business, and we like to treat our team as family.
We are an honest group of people, who work hard together and achieve great things year on year, we are a growing business so there is always something new we are doing or aiming for each year.
As a family run business, we are striving to change the hospitality norm, with our full-time chefs working a four day week (46 hours) with one weekend day off.
We also close for a minimum of five days over Christmas so all our team can enjoy the festive season.
