A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based in the ChippingNorton area or a Chef de Partie to work in their all fresh produce pub & restaurant.
The kitchen prepares meals for lunch and dinner service using all fresh produce.
The kitchen uses all locally sourced, seasonal produce and everything is made on site.
The role is 48 hours per week.
Salary & Benefits Salary Package £28k + 8k tips = £36k Meals & Benefits Live in available The Role Reporting to and supporting the Head Chef Kitchen Management duties Using fresh seasonal ingredients to cook to AA rosette levels The Person You will already be a Chef in a Restaurant or Pub with AA rosette level kitchen or higher Able to work unsupervised and be confident communicator Highly motivated and focused.
