We are looking for a Chef to work with our warm and welcoming team based in a busy kitchen open to the public, there would also be the opportunity to help with exciting hospitality events, catering with canapes or sit down dinners.
As a Chef within the Art Gallery based in the Aberdeen City centre, you will have plenty of responsibility and opportunity to grow in your role, becoming a critical member of our team.
We will give you responsibility for ensuring the food is to the highest standard, the kitchen area is always clean and well presented, and well-stocked.
In addition, you will manage the menus, ensuring variety and nutritional value and making sure everyone is up to date with any special offers/allergens.
Finally, along with colleagues, you will ensure COSHH, food safety, and H&S are followed, with any incidents reported in line with documented procedures.
