Knowledge and ability to run your section independently and effectivelyThe ability to delegate tasks appropriatelyAbility to work without close supervision and deliver quality workStrong ability to produce good quality food and first-rate culinary skillsExperience of a variety of kitchen environments and cuisinesAwareness of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) and Food Hygiene Level Two Certification.Good communication with all members of the team Due to the various different types of locations we cover, your working environment can change from job to job, and even day to day, but we will endeavor to place you in the most suitable job role for you.We regularly work with:
