£16.55 per hour 48 hours per week We are looking foranexperienced and charismatic CigarSommelier to join our stunning private members club Annabels , 46 Berkeley Square, part of The Birley Clubs.
Annabels at 46 Berkeley Square covers 26,000 square feet and is home to five restaurants, bars, private dining rooms and a cigar salon.
A team of world-class Chefs, Sommeliers and Mixologists have designed an outstanding array of menus, cocktail and wine lists.
Expertly sourced, seasonal ingredients, wines and spirits are brought together using traditional and subversive techniques to create truly unique dining and drinking experiences.
As CigarSommelier you will report to theHead of Cigarsand work closely with the CigarSommeliers, Spirit Sommelier and Wine Sommeliers delivering the highestlevels of cigar service to ourMembers.
Youwill be responsible for suggesting and serving cigars, recommending matchesto spirits, wines and drinks.Inadditionyou will replenish stock as required and participate in stock takes.

At Least 2 years experience in a high quality, destination hotel or private members club as a CigarSommelieris required A keen interest in cigars and the wish to develop your knowledge and progress A cigar qualification would be an advantage but not essential Abilityto work effectively as part of a team Ability to communicate clearly, professionally and concisely A keen interest in hospitality and be enthusiastic and positive If you are passionate about hospitality and want to be part of the most exciting private members club in London, we would love to hear from you!
