The Role:
ClientOnboardingSpecialistFintechClientOnboardingspecialists report directly reports to the Onboarding Team Manager and will work closely with Tech Development, Product and Business Development as well as the broader Service Delivery team.
This is a fast-paced, demanding environment, with an expectation to work on multiple projects to meet client deadlines in a business that has the investment backing and aspiration for rapid expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
ClientOnboardingSpecialistFintech Provide an excellent onboarding experience to clients.
This includes both new clients and existing clients who are subscribing to additional products.
You will be involved throughout the implementation and delivery phases until handover to the BAU support team.
Take ownership of onboarding tasks and work with the team to deliver within the appropriate deadlines.
Learn to use in-house tools to set up and configure services effectively.
You will partner with both client and internal stakeholders across the business, where regular and clear communication must be provided.
Identify roadblocks to completing onboarding projects and take steps to remove them.
Escalate such conflicts where appropriate.
Conduct scripted testing during the development phase and co-ordinate User Acceptance Testing.
Host training sessions for clients on a variety of products.
Ability to work with a client in real-time, over the telephone or video call, to resolve client requests.
Skills & Experience Required:
ClientOnboardingSpecialistFintech Exceptional client-facing communication skills (written and verbal) Experience running small-scale projects and exposure to agile delivery methodology is preferred.
Previous Onboarding experience is preferred Ability to identify and execute areas of improvement to existing processes A keen interest in working in the FinTech industry.
Able to work well under pressure in a deadline-driven role, with the ability to prioritise workload and take full ownership.
Develop a working knowledge of all the firms product set, administration tools and processes Technically minded to fully exploit in-house configuration tools.
