The CloudDeliveryLead is responsible for leading large complex client cloud programmes or rescuing existing programmes.

Skills & Expertise It will be very useful if you have some or all of the following skills and experience:
Deep understanding of Cloud computing, business drivers, emerging computer trends and deployment options Significant experience of delivering large-scale complex programmes in a hybrid / multi Cloud environment which includes at least one of the big 3 public Cloud providers (AWS, Azure or GCP) within financial services or another leading industry Experience helping organisations migrate to, build on and optimize their Cloudtechnology through advisory, delivery planning and implementation is essential Experience of leading engagements to deliver change through Cloud at enterprise scale Ability to operate and influence at C-suite level Experience helping clients at different stages in their Cloud journey and different levels of Cloud readiness A deep understanding of the full enterprise Cloud context, including but not limited to:
business drivers, service onboarding, integration and management, security and controls An understanding, at a conceptual level of Cloudtechnology, this needs to include:
Cloud security and DevSecOps including tooling, Cloud service management and monitoring, staging and control environment build and toolchain integration Experience working with the major Cloud security industry standards and frameworks, such as Mitre ATT&ACK, NIST and CSA Experience of leading large teams of 20+ people both onshore and offshore and with budgets of £10m+ Planning and designing the Programme.
Proactively monitoring its progress, resolving issues and initiating corrective actions as appropriate Turning dysfunctional delivery teams in to performing teams that can deliver Business Development:
experience of growing a business unit within the technology industry; or Business Development within a consultancy is desirable.
