We are looking to recruit a manager to ensure the continued success of this well-established coffeeshop at Highclere Business Park in Inverurie.Your responsibilities will include:
Managing a team of a total of around 20 employees, covering both kitchen and front of houseRota managementKeeping the menu fresh and appealingTraining team members to deliver the best quality food and drink as well as customer serviceOrdering and maintaining stock levels Completing all compliance checks in a timely mannerYour must have skills:
Experience of delivering and maintaining a 5 star hygiene ratingCooking and food prep experienceExperience managing a team in a similar environmentThe successful candidate must have a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks.
