Founded in Europe, this business is a leader in sports apparel wear.
They are now recruiting a Legal Counsel to report into the Group General Counsel to do a commercial role with a focus on IP and brands.
The role will be extremely varied and will encompass advice across the business on commercial and sponsorship contracts, IT/IP, e-commerce and digital, counterfeit, litigation and data protection queries as well as managing our trademark portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have solid private practice training and some prior in-house exposure, perhaps in the form of a client secondment.
Successful interaction with the business and the ability to thrive in a commercial environment are key to this appointment.
