Bossa (*Bossa Nova is traditional genre of music in Brazil) will be more casual than Oteque.
Our goal for this restaurant is that it will be a place where guests can enjoy authentic, contemporary and fun Brazilian cuisine, using specially imported ingredients and products, not currently available in London.
The successful team will be expertly trained by Alberto & his Head Chef from Oteque, Nilson Chaves (who has relocated to London to be the permanent leader of this restaurant, alongside Sous Chef Luciana Alves.
Our kitchens and front of house (FOH) will work as one team, learning each other's craft by way of a blended BOH/FOH customer service.
Led by award winning Sommelier and FOH Manager Las Aoki, our entire staff at Bossa will be made up of people who value a healthy and respectful work environment.

Daily tasks include:
Assisting in the food preparation process Cooking and preparing elements of high quality dishes Preparing vegetables, meats and fish Assisting other Chefs Helping with deliveries and restocking Cleaning stations Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards Requirements Awareness of manual handling techniques Experience of kitchen equipment Great level of English spoken and written Ability to produce great quality basic food Understanding of hygiene practices, health and safety Flexible work hours High level of attention to detail Good level of numeracy BossaRestaurants Ltd LondonEngland
