PrivateSideComplianceAdvisory.An excellent Opportunity has arisen with an investment banking client of mine who is looking for someone to join their Capital Markets/PrivateSideComplianceAdvisory team.
This role will be working closely with the Head of Capital Markets on a variety of projects as well as providing Compliance advise and support across their Capital Markets Business Some Core ResponsibilitiesProvide advice to the Business on relevant law & regulations, understanding the firms range of Capital Markets business activities and the related key compliance risksAssess existing and proposed business plans and policies to make sure the organisation’s risk framework is effective and our risks are appropriately managed; Working with colleagues to make sure that risks and conflicts are appropriately managed within the business area, whilst working diplomatically and exercising sound judgment under pressureAssist with the delivery of training and the identification of key regulatory developments impacting our BusinessExperienceThey are looking for someone that has got strong product knowledge of DCM or ECM Products.Investment Banking Experience in an Complianceadvisory, Control Room or Legal role.For a confidential chat about this or other roles he is handling please contact Matt Pollard in the Jameson Legal London office.
