ContractAssuranceLeadScotland £45,000 - £58,000 Parity Group is delighted to announce we are partnered with a renowned public sector client who needs an enthusiastic and self-motivated ContractAssuranceLead to join the team on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will support the development and implementation of sourcing strategies and establishing a supply chain as well as have responsibility for contract negotiation, ensuring value for money, and mitigating commercial risk.
Responsibilities:
Managing and assessing business performance to maintain effective value and delivery.
Engaging with key stakeholders to understand and ensure alignment to new demand requirements.
Implementing and managing best practice contract management assurance activities around risk, obligations, and opportunity management.
Working with the Service Lead to ensure that service delivery meets agreed service levels.
Establishing and maintaining operational methods, procedures, and facilities in assigned areas of responsibility.
Maintaining a broad understanding of the commercial IT environment Ensuring that supplier performance is properly monitored and regularly reviewed.
Ensuring the maintenance and application of analytics around contract landscaping data in the support of strategic plans in parallel with driving continuous commercial and operational improvements.
Requirements:
Significant experience of outsourcing business processes or delivering outsourced business services.
Experience of setting up and managing multi-outsourcing contracts of a value greater than £5m per year.
Demonstrable commercially focused thinking.
Must be a clear ambassador for outsourcing arrangements and exhibit strong partnering behaviours.
Experience of implementing new contract management tools and techniques.
Expert communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
