- Daily work around Wakefield Here at VeritasEducation I am currently looking to recruit a number of CoverSupervisors to support my secondary schools across the Wakefield area with their teaching and cover requirements.
The role of a coversupervisor is to make sure pupils are constantly getting the learning required and work is being delivered at all times while behaviour issues are kept to a minimum.
If you are wanting to become a teacher in the future and want to gain valuable classroom based experience before starting any teacher training, this would be the ideal role for you.
Requirements Ideally be graduate educated although not essential Be able to deliver pre-planned work across different subjects Confidence to lead lessons of up to 30 pupils maximum Genuine passion for education Enhanced DBS on the updateThis role is a rewarding and challenging position where you will be able to hone your classroom skills and experience before starting your teacher training or around current commitments.
You can work around current commitments and studies up to 5 days per week if you wish.
