Creative Project Manager
- French or German language skills 6 month FTC
- Part time 3 days per week

Job Purpose:

The Creative Project Manager will be responsible for the creation, management & execution of elements of the brand launch campaign.

Their key responsibilities include establishing protocols with our new creative agency, approving creative
- making sure it's right for our clients French or German speaking markets
- and co-ordinating day-to-day operations.

Location:

London flexi remote
- 3 days per week.

35k to 40k pro rata.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and deliver brand creative.

  • Provide brand stewardship ensuring all creative executions stay true to the brand values, guidelines, are fit for the Dutch speaking target audience and integrated across media.

  • Actively ensure relevant stakeholder approval on all creative work at every stage of the project.

  • Champion media innovation by showcasing best in class examples and encouraging experimentation.

  • Produce contact reports and project updates, to be cascaded to both internal and external teams as part of owning and driving the plan forward.

  • Anticipate risks and issues, proactively recommend solutions at all stages of the strategic/creative/production development process.

  • Manage budgets and ensure tracking and reporting is efficient and accurate.

  • Present in a confident manner, manage feedback effectively and negotiate in a pragmatic way when required, while driving for clear and consolidated feedback.

  • Work in close partnership with the Senior Creative and Media Lead, the wider media & creative team, brand team, agency teams and partners across the business.

  • Champion creative effectiveness through thorough and regular measurement.


Who we are seeking:


  • Experience in a similar B2C role, either client or agency-side, on a large consumer brand.

  • Highly skilled in writing strategic creative briefs.

  • Understanding of creative best practices on paid, owned and earned channels.

  • Experience assessing creative against a brief and brand strategy.

  • Experience understanding a brand's values and tone of voice and reflecting that in all communication.

  • Strong people skills and a proven record leading and delivering campaigns/projects, as well as managing stakeholder expectations.

  • Tenacious and overcomes obstacles.

  • Skilled in managing and getting the best out of creative agency partners.

  • Creative thinker with great diligence and good creative judgment.

  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French or German.

35k to 40k pro rata.
