MarcDaniels are recruiting a CreditController to join a multinational company based in Feltham.
This role will sit within a very friendly, collaborative team, offering hybrid working.
If you have 2+ years of credit control experience, your experience would be perfect for this position.
This role will be right for you if you have experience of or a background in the logistics/ freight /transport/shipping industry and if you are availiable at short notice (Up to 2 weeks).
Responsibilities :
Following a clear cut, step-by-step collections process Sending out payment reminders via email Following up with customers to ensure payments are processed correctly Involvement in the invoicing process Dealing with customer email and telephone queries regarding transactions Building and maintaining strong relationships through clear communication Dealing with customer service, updating details on file etc Providing an excellent level of service to customers Strong demonstrable customer service experience Requirements :
Experience in logistics/ freight is a must Experience using VLOOKUPS / Pivot Tables would be beneficial Majority of communications will be via email so strong written communication skills are a must.
