Our teams currently work from a hybrid model which incorporates both home and office working.
We are open 24/7 including bank holidays and take reports of environmental incidents like pollution and flooding by phone and email. As a CustomerService Adviser you will take reports over the phone and enter the information into our National Incident Recording System, plus a range of other activities.
Over time you will be trained on categorising these reports and passing them through to the correct area team. You will engage with a wide range of customers taking inbound calls, but don’t worry if you lack experience in this area – it’s more important that you are able to provide an excellent customer experience.
