DigitalGurus have an exciting opportunity, looking for D365 CRM/CE Application Developer/Specialist using both technical and some functional knowledge to focus on continuously supporting and improving the D365 platform.
Someone who can not only develop solutions, but can act as a line manager to help mentor and train up junior team members.
We are looking for someone who is keen on learning new technologies to provide an integrated seamless user experience across multiple systems.
Are you ready for a challenge? The Role Take responsibility to support the D365 System Development Lifecycle, including prioritisation of work, management and ownership of issues, procedures and processes Ensure systems are well-maintained and agree with IT requirements and strategy Take accountability for the analysis, design and developments of systems Maintain and ensure both high levels of BAU activity, as well as security compliance of all systems Elicit/translate business requirements into working, customer focused solutions between stakeholders and internal/external development teams Ensure high quality to all technical work produced Able to understand technical requirements and then present ideas to then meet set requirements Coach and help mentor the team and juniors Manage product backlog and refining it to reflect priorities Do You Have What It Takes? A certified D365 and Enterprise Integration expert with end-to-end development experience Extensive knowledge of Microsoft stack, including C#, .NET, Java and more Proven track record in the successful analysis, design, and programming of software systems Experience with MS SharePoint and Power Platform (Model Driven Apps) A D365 CRM Developer with experience in Azure functions and integration services Able to work under pressure, multitask and communicate with both internal and external stakeholders Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Strong planning and time management skills Exceptional organisation and problem solving skills We're looking to move quickly on this and a swift interview process.
