Salary - £ per hour based on an average of 45-50 hours per week Location - Stunning 5 Star Boutique Hotel, Central London About Stunning independent boutique 5 star Hotel Separate restaurant entrance, stunning Courtyard terrace, bar snacks and private dining Exporting the bold flavours of SouthAmericancuisine Focus on sharing plates Team of 10-12 chefs You Current and stable background as a demichef de partie or strong Commis chef Passion for cooking SouthAmericancuisine A true desire towards producing fresh, authentic and beautifully presented dishes that will amaze the guests.
Someone who is fanatical about standards and genuinely cares about the quality of the food they prepare.
Assist in the smooth running of sections in the kitchen and will help promote a professional, hospitable and friendly working environment.
