Salary up to £28,000 all inclusive Cuisine - Seasonal French/European elevated Bistro Location - Central London Closed – Sunday and Monday all day and Saturday lunch Hours - 7-8 shifts per week Holidays - 10 days over Easter, 1 week in May, 2 weeks end August and 2 weeks over Christmas and New Year It's all too easy for restaurants to fall into the trap of being so determined to do something interesting and original with their food that the basics get neglected and the dishes don't end up being as special as they could be.
