As a DeputyOperationsManager, you will drive department performance, understand compliance standards and manage risk.
Lead your direct reports (Team Managers) to maximise team performance through coaching and development activities in line with our company values.
This role will be based in the Broadway One, Glasgow city centre with hybrid home working available as scheduled.
What will you be doing? Drive commercial, customer and regulatory outcomes through effective management, trend analysis of management information reports and call quality training Actively lead teams from a culture and engagement perspective through embedding our values, colleague recognition, development, and effective communication streams Execute people policies to manage absence, conduct and behavioural standards as well as overseeing the fair application across teams in your span of control Deliver effective performance management of direct reports through monthly 1to1s, coaching and feedback and manage the effectiveness of this control across teams Work collaboratively to ensure overall performance consistently meets requirements and expectations Pro-actively identify and manage risks in the operation to achieve regulatory, compliance and client standards aligned to our Risk Management Framework Is this you? Leadership experience in a contact centre role, Financial Services preferable Experience working in a regulated environment Building, leading, and developing high performing teams Time management skills to meet deadlines within a fast paced, changing environment Experience of delivering customer, commercial and regulatory outcomes Identify and deliver, process and performance improvements Proficient communicator, skilled in presentation delivery and Microsoft Office Experience in stakeholder engagement Why Capquest?
