Our rapidly growing team is looking for a DigitalCommunicationsManager to lead the development and delivery of the company’s digital media presence, including its website and social media channels.
Reporting to the Head of Communications, the DigitalCommunicationsManager will be responsible for optimizing communication for digital channels while simultaneously delivering an evergreen content plan to maintain relevance and engagement.
Responsibilities:
Own the ongoing development and day-to-day management of the company’s website and international social media channels, including community ;Optimize all public communications for social media to maximize performance, including writing posts and leading on the development of supporting assets and ;Ensure the company website is continuously updated, relevant and optimized for search engines.
Develop and deliver an evergreen content plan to maintain the performance of social media channels and the company ;Work with in-house teams and external suppliers to brief and develop digital-first visual content, and liaise with our China-based social media team to optimize the use of assets across our global channels.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of all digital media channels for continuous improvement and development.
Work with our web development agency to ensure the continuous functionality and performance of the website.
Skills and Qualifications:
Extensive experience in working across various social media platforms.
Proven experience in maintaining websites.
Great communication skills in order to liaise with multiple stakeholders, departments and external agencies.
Creative with the ability to use initiative to quickly identify and solve problems.
Knowledge of KPIs and a continuous improvement approach to metrics Extensive practical experience, hands-on mentality and a can-do ;People skills with experience working and collaborating at all levels and with all ;BSc/BA in PR, marketing, journalism or related field is preferred Experience of working for a listed company is preferable.
