The ChangePartners are currently engaged with an International Top Consumer Brand who are looking for a DTC DigitalProductOwner.
We seek someone with strong initiative to work heavily on building out and develop the Website/App to deliver the best in class customer experience.
Key responsibilities:
Drive the development and implementation of product roadmap Manage, monitor and maintain the Digitalproducts daily Develop solutions to enhance the customer journey Implement UX/UI/CX solutions Understand web/app architecture process Implement resilient app/web architecture Ensure fixes/requests are delivered within time Implement all products and offers on the App Roll out new updates/releases Troubleshoot with agency partners and internal teams Partner with internal teams and agencies to develop 1st class Customer Experience Ideal but not essential - experience using GA4, Tag Manager, Data Studio, Google Analytics, IOS/Android and Firebase.
Yourexperience must be within Management withinWebsite, eCommerce or Mobile Apps.
