With multiple sites across the UK they are currently forming a new OPEX team to work across different regions.
The main focus of the role will to be to drive continuous improvement in the processes and systems across the operations teams delivering value from the top to the bottom line as well as defining a fresh strategic approach.
Responsibilities of the OperationalExcellenceDirector:
Identify continuous improvement opportunities throughout the organization by routinely studying data available and implementing CI methodologies Working with the Chief Transformation Officer to develop a strategy to drive process excellence through all areas of the Operations function Using analysis to target key process improvement areas and working with necessary stakeholders to prioritise and execute on those initiatives Using lean methodologies to breakdown and rebuild key processes Work with process-owners to make date available for process improvements Coaching and mentoring lean methodologies to our team To be considering for the OperationalExcellenceDirector:
You must have experience in delivering and improving an continuous improvement/Operationalexcellence strategies and programmes Be able to work with and influence a wide range of stakeholders and drive change Be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, assess risk and react quickly in identifying actions required to resolve issues.
