We're delighted to partner alongside a globalarchitecture & design firm who are seeking a new leader within their Healthcare division, leading the EMEA region.
The practice in question are highly respected and after a number of years of successful growth in London are seeking to invest in this new leader.
The role in question will see you plug in to the current leadership in London who deliver to the built environment across EMEA.
Sectors you'll collaborate with include hospitality, mixed use, sports and commercial with a management team driving for continued growth, yet the healthcare division which is already considerable in size will fall within your leadership.
You'll be seen as a face for the business and drive a growth strategy for this division, taking accountability for business development and key project ownership.
Leading and mentoring the team on the future of healthcarearchitecture will be key, as the practice are seeking a forward thinking individual they can invest in.
To be considered, there are a few key attributes which the successful candidate needs to demonstrate:
5+ years at the Director level, leading HealthcareArchitecture teams in the UK and internationally A qualified Architect (RIBA or ARB) with 15+ years within the healthcare field as a minimum Demonstrable project wins and business development skills A forward thinking mentality and drive to grow the future of healthcarearchitecture On offer is a global firm who will invest heavily into the growth of this division.
We are able to offer a considerable salary of between £100,000 - £140,000 with significant bonus on top, as well as the autonomy and freedom to drive the growth of this division.
