?As an EngineeringTeamLeader you will:
As an EngineeringTeamLeader, you will lead the Engineers on shift and provide technical expertise in solving and fixing equipment breakdowns.
You will ensure that your team of Engineers will work safely and comply with the site H&S rules.
Plan and prioritise the shift workload for the engineeringteam to enable production targets to be achieved by maximising machinery up time Execute the planned preventative maintenance schedule to maximise machinery up time and minimise disruption to production targets Ensure all plant and equipment adhere to all relevant legislation and so that a safe working environment is maintained all times Ensure the shift engineeringteam adhere to good manufacturing practices (GMP) ensuring compliance with manufacturing unit food safety requirements Apprentice trained or hold equivalent engineering qualifications Supervisory experience Proven electrical / mechanical maintenance skills and experience From a manufacturing environment - Food / FMCG desirable but not essential Proactive with an improvements driven mind set Excellent team player and communicator 2 SistersFoodGroup NorwichEngland
