Key responsibilities (please specify if the position is an individual one or part of a team):
Define reusable solutions and architecture across disparate technologies that resolve complex business issues with simple and cost-effective solutions.
Define 12-18 month architectural roadmap that takes customer from the backlogs to target state architecture, identifying the technology capability that is shared across Home and Landlord business lines.
Agree solution intents for the priority items on the architectural roadmap.
Participate in recruitment of permanent architects.
Identification of overlapping, duplicative work in Home and Landlord and recommendation of how to address.
Must be able to draw the Mortgage capability model and mapped to systems.
Key Skills/Knowledge:
Hands-on experience with EnterpriseArchitecture, Solution Architecture, strong technology focus.
A technology professional with the ability to build trusted relationships with business, COO and CIO stakeholders.
Experience of working with large and complex change programmes/environments.
Must be able to perform architectural assessment of what is in the backlogs to identify key priority items for solution intents and where we have gaps.
Must be able to define API roadmap/strategy for mortgages covering both Home and Landlord.
Must be able to draw the Mortgage capability model and mapped to systems.
