The Digital Printing & Solutions (DP&S) Business Unit is responsible for the B2B Printing business from Canon in EMEA, with a focus on Western European countries.
The DP&S BU covers the full range of printing solutions, from small desktop laser printers to office printing, professional printing, large format printing to very high volume production printing, including the related software and solutions.
The DP&S BU generates close to €3b Revenues which is a consolidation of the National Sales Organisations, Software companies and Central logistic operation. The DP&S Finance organisation at Canon HQ is transforming into teams focussing on Business Controlling, Finance BI Reporting and FP&A as the complexity of the business and the strong Canon Planning & Control process requires dedication.
The FP&A Team is a newly formed team within DP&S Finance organization.
The Canon Planning & Control process has several control cycles within the year, the quarter and the month, amalgamating in a fast close process within 4 days for the Total Canon EMEA organisation.
The FP&A team is responsible for managing the DP&S planning & control process, next to the operational finance activities for DP&S (accounting, POs, accruals etc.).

Manage European DP&S Financial planning process:
Mid Term Plan, consolidated annual budget, quarterly budgets, forecasts and actuals Working within tight planning and control process and cycles Manage DP&S Financial Reporting Templates Deliver high quality DP&S Financial Reporting & Analysis for MTP, Budgets, Forecasts and Actuals Deliver DP&S Financial Reporting through consolidation teams and be the accounting expert for DP&S Manage the DP&S Accounting process at European level (around twenty entities) Ensure delivery of DP&S requirements for Auditors and SOx and being the DP&S expert Provide accounting support for the DP&S BU as the technical expert People management for the FP&A team – currently 2 FTE (CEL & CENV) What we ask ACCA qualified accountant required Proven FP&A experience in European/EMEA organisation Experienced people manager Proven understanding of FP&A process & concepts in complex environments at a consolidated level with entities in many countries Works on own initiative but is collaborative Experience in multicultural and multinational environment in an international role Fluency in a major European language is an advantage You will need Canon Core Competencies:
