Working alongside the board to oversee the development and implementation of the playgrounds core programme of work.
Ensuring high quality standards and all legal requirements are met.
Support and Manage staff to deliver of weekly mainstream and regular SEND sessions which operate all year round at St Paul’s Adventure Playground.
Oversee the implementation of a programme of Outreach work as required.
Promote the Playgrounds programme of work and services within the community and increase local use.

Leads the organisation’s staff and volunteers and acts as a representative of the organisation at all times.
