The ideal candidate will have bags off energy and ideally solid rosette experience, this is a hands on role.
This is a very exciting new position within this up and coming food led group, your task will be to help the newly appointed director of food to achieve rosette status in the flagship brasserie plus to oversee food operations in our brand new development kitchen.
We have a young dedicated team to support you in this role.
A competitive salary, with Bonus will be on offer but the main attraction to this position is the career progression as new sites and hotels are already on the radar.
