The Club by Bamford is a new private members club, due to open later this year, set in the heart of the Cotswolds countryside at the Daylesford Farm.
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated F&B Manager to join our fantastic new team.
Full-time contract, based on 40 hours per week, £35,000 per annum.

Effectively manage the Club F&B areas, ensuring every member and guest experience is exemplary.
Maintaining product and service quality levels whilst maximising profits.
Recruit, support, train and engage your team and manage absence, appraisals and career development.
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and systems to improve business operations, service and retention.
Maintain a constant presence in the F&B areas ensuring a clean, tidy and welcoming environment for the enjoyment and welfare of members, in accordance with the company's health and safety legislation and ensuring daily checks are carried out.
Promote all Club services by working closely with the Membership and Fitness teams on any package/ services and team training.
Promote all other well-being services in collaboration with the Bamford Wellness Spa (massage, meditation, Pilates and Ayurvedic yoga).
Assess department revenue/budgets and complete monthly revenue/commission reports REQUIREMENTS A minimum 1 year's experience in managing a fast-paced, luxury restaurant is essential.
