Permanent Duties:
Coordinating between farm, butchery and office, responsible for day to day administration including:
Bookkeeping; liaison with suppliers and customers, processing incoming invoices and issuing outgoing invoices, allocations and reconciliations, production of reports and making payments.
Processing customer orders, via phone and email.
Liaison with farm staff and drivers.
Maintaining administrative systems, typing correspondence and filing.
Relief cover for Office Manager when required.
Experience:
Must have previous administrative experience including bookkeeping and be flexible with duties.
Previous experience within the agricultural or food production sectors is a distinct advantage.
Must have good communication skills and be able to work well as part of a small team ,as well as on own initiative, to deadlines.
Must have a good attention to detail, level of accuracy and computer literacy on MS Office and well as previous use of accounting software.
Own transport is required due to location of the role.
Salary:
