My client is a small independent business offering 1 on 1 support from senior members of the team.
The successful candidate will join a close-knit team and work closely with the director.
Main Duties:
Support the finance controller on a day to day basis Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Processing Invoices.
Create financial and inventory reports.
Post receipts, deposits, purchase orders, refunds, and other standard bookkeeping tasks.
Review and process reimbursements.
Prepare, track, and reconcile ledgers and budgets.
Prepare and submit payroll.
Person Specification:
Experience in a similar position Good numerical skills Attention to detail.
Have AAT qualification or working towards Good IT skills Good communication skills IdentifyTalent SwanseaWales
