FinanceBusinessPartnerMorganMcKinleyLondon are delighted to be partnering with a SME business within the educational space based in Central London to recruit FinanceBusinessPartners on a fixed term contract basis for 4-5 months.
This is a great opportunity to work alongside Board level staff within the business on a weekly basis.
The Role:
• Prepare accurate and timely Programme/Department budgets, forecasts and monthly management accounts.
• Manage and provide financial information, advice and guidance to Heads of Programme/Department and other budget/project managers on a regular basis to inform • Provide interpretation of complex data, identifying any critical issues and suggesting possible • Working with other members of the Finance team, deliver financial training and workshops for business managers to enhance their understanding of financial policies, budgets, forecastshe production of the external financial/statistical returns • Undertake any other reasonable duties requested by the Heads of business The Person:
• Experience of working in a management accounting or financebusinesspartnering role.
• Experience within Educational businesses, ideally those of Higher Education.
• Ability to collect and interpret financial and operational data (e.g.
performance metrics) to assess efficiency and effectiveness, undertaking analysis and reporting and making recommendations as appropriate.
• Experience of working to tight deadlines, ability to work well under pressure • Excellent excel skills.
