Title - FixedIncome – HedgeFundOperationsAnalystHedgeFund Location - LondonPermanent Vacancy Hybrid Working Compensation – Pro Rata Salary - £55,000 to £70,000 base salary + benefits + bonus (25% to 35%)A leading Alternative HedgeFund is looking for a proactive and collaborative Operations Associate with FixedIncome and OTC Derivatives experience in London.This is an exciting opportunity to join the business operations team, and current role will be to join the LondonOperations team.
OperationsAnalyst will be responsible for broad range of tasks and will collaborate with various business teams and external vendors to mitigate risk and generate alpha across core FixedIncome and OTC Credit and Rates Investments.
This role is well suited to an experienced FixedIncome Middle Office Operations, with direct business interaction and problem solving skills utilising investment solutions.
Key Responsibilities – Support FixedIncome and OTC Operations with day to day operational activities.
Work with Middle Office Operations, oversight, and experience across OMS solutions including CTM Omego, DTCC, FXALL, Thinkfolio, SimCorp, et al.Opportunity to contribute to Projects to improve processes, controls, and risk management.This is a growth hire, and the successful candidate must have demonstrable experience.FixedIncome and OTC (Rates and Credit) products, with experience in Asset Management / HedgeFund / Buy Side – Investment Banking entity.
Proven experience working with Middle Office Operations, Trade life Cycle, Trade Matching, Settlements, Reconciliations, Collateral and Corporate Actions.
Experience of UCITS Funds, Managed Accounts, and product knowledge across CDS, IRS, Repo, Bonds, FX, and Futures.
Strong communication skills are vital in this role, as you will work in partnership with external vendors and providers, including Portfolio Management and Technology.
