Key Responsibilities:
Taking responsibility for the business performance of the Bar.
Analysing and planning F&B sales levels and profitability.
Preparing reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control, Liquor control and sales.
Creating and executing plans for department sales, profit and staff development.
Leading the existing F&B programme while constantly looking for opportunities to improve our bar offering Putting forward ideas to drive the beverage average check and increase the total revenue Ensuring that all beverage stock levels are maintained, and correct ordering procedures are carried out Reviewing the beverage holding stock on monthly basis and reducing it if it is over the set target Drinks orders are dispensed accurately; bar areas are clean at all times and up to the restaurant's high standards Preparing the weekly rota along with the floor management, making sure all shifts are covered according to the department's wage cost budget Providing a friendly, courteous, efficient, and professional service at all times Adherence to the company policies and guidelines while ensuring that all team members follow the service standards Assisting restaurant management in duties such as opening and closing the building, cashing up, running daily team briefings, training the junior team members, and communicating ongoing maintenance, cleanliness, and H&S issues Demonstrating a high standard of personal appearance and wearing the full and correct uniform and ensuring good personal hygiene What we are looking for:
An enthusiastic, energetic, and friendly personality, with a passion for providing excellent customer service Strong experience in a busy, fast-paced Environment.
Basic IT and admin skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Confidence to supervise teams Flexibility with working hours must be available evenings and weekends.
