Food and BeverageSupervisor Ideal Profile:
Previous experience in a Food and Beverage environment at a Chef de Rang/ Head Waiter/ess level Prior supervisory experience preferred Able to consistently provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends Positive attitude and professional appearance Strong communication skills at all levels Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail In-depth knowledge of food and drinks Food and BeverageSupervisor Responsibilities:
Ensure a warm and welcoming dining experience for all guests and visitors in the restaurant Supervise the food and beverage team to maintain exceptional standards of service Assist with ordering and inventory management to ensure adequate stock availability Collaborate with the team to continually evaluate and enhance the guest experience Support the welfare and motivation of the F&B team Attend regular team meetings to promote effective communication Manage the cost of sales to maximize departmental profit Stay up to date on business trends, systems, and practices to improve department profitability Encourage up-selling and optimize revenue Communicate effectively with the sales team to manage events taking place in the outlets Benefits:
