The Food and BeverageSupervisor mainly work in the Hans Bar & Grill & the lounges, They will lead the restaurnant and barstaff working on their shift.
They will train new bar & restaurant staff, assign opening and closing duties and monitor staff duties through to completion.
The Food and BeverageSupervisor resolves work-related problems in a positive and professional way.
Responsibilities:
To follow and complete any instructions given to you by your Restaurant Manager or any senior member of staff.
To demonstrate respectful behaviour to management and staff while addressing them.
To be confident in helping to ensure the smooth running of all guests' requirements and Standards of Service are maintained at all times.
To implement policies and systems as required under the guidance of the management To ensure hot beverages are served by Hotel Standards and in the required time.
To be respectful and effectively manage your Staff time and productivity whilst at work.
To take pride in ensuring that the cleanliness and organisation of your team are within management guidelines.
To ensure that all the elements are present in order to secure a smooth and efficient service.
To take ownership in ensuring that appropriate mise-en-place has been prepared.
