A global leader in delivering fund and corporate services, are currently searching for a FundAccountingManager.
In this role, you will play a critical role in the success of our business and report directly to the Associate Director, Fund Services.
Responsible for overseeing the administration of a portfolio of fundaccounting clients who are primarily private equity, real estate, infrastructure and debt funds or special purpose vehicles.
Responsibilities:
Client Management - Ensure a consistent, high-level of client service delivery across client portfolios People Management - Ensure that the team is supervised, directed and engaged in day-to-day work Operational Development - Work with the team to ensure procedures and controls are consistently adhered to Business Development - Assist management in building the fundaccounting service offering in the UK by contributing to proposal-drafting, fee estimations and resource considerations Skills Required:
ACCA, CIMA or ACA qualified Have 5+ years of relevant working experience in fund services and at least 2 years of experience as people leader Accurate, flexible, hands-on and deliver top quality work to tight deadlines Have a commercial outlook and an appreciation of the importance of risk, compliance and regulation Have proven people leader skills with a focus on enabling staff individually to reach full potential as well as the team as a whole In our company values we aim for equity at all stages of the recruitment process, please let us know if we can do anything to make the process more accessible to you.
