It's a game changer! My client is a dynamic and growing flexible office space provider and high-end hospitality is at the heart of all they do.
They are about to launch their largest London site to date, and it is a beauty! Coming in at 60Ksqft, in a prime central London post code and no expense spared during development, we need a GeneralManager of note to run the show.
The Ideal Candidate You will live and breathe hospitality operations and be a natural leader.
With extensive knowledge of F&B, you will be able to innovate and deliver to the highest standards.
Member experience and guest journey will be high on your agenda and you will lead and develop your team across FOH, Community and Operations.
We think this role would suit someone coming from a 5 * Boutique hotel where they have proven their ability to add flair and promote the highest standards of service.
The F&B and Service Provision will be your baby and the opportunity to work on everything from ideation to execution is waiting for you! This is where workspace meets hospitality and the focus is on top quality delivery.
The site is diverse and will be able to offer everything from you first ‘hello coffee' in the morning, through to fine-dining events.
The roof top space is spectacular and will have a high-end members club vibe, serving up the finest of tipples.
It will be vital that the GeneralManager will lead on forming exceptional relationships with the occupiers of the site and further than that, can build partnerships with other businesses that operate in the area.
