Really important you love hospitality, love serving guests and leading from the front.
They like a GM with an open door and a positive vibe.
Each restaurant they have works tightly as a team, so a GM who works with everybody and inspires.
Good volume sales, the ability to drive business and experience within a premium restaurant.
