GeneralManager position dealing with temporary modularaccommodation (single story and multiple storey modules) Managing all aspects of the depot including sales, customer service, health & safety, and HR Leading the team to comply with H&S procedures throughout the depot and on site Managing the depot and site RAMS Leading the recruitment, training, development of colleagues ensuring everyone is qualified to complete their role Ensuring that any customer complaints/enquiries are dealt with in a professional manor Building and develop the teams customer service skills Adhering to the current business strategy to maintain positive levels of growth Utilising the depot, sales and field sales teams to support, build, implement and monitor the current strategies Identifying and implementing new strategies that will support continued growth Ensure that the operations team are well trained and held accountable for delivery to customers Will be required to travel to projects to gain an understanding of what the project entails and the logistics of it The ideal applicant will be a GeneralManagerModularAccommodation with:
