This is a fantastic opportunity for a GeneralManager with a passion for naturally produced wine to lead and manage the new opening of this amazing project.
This unique Wine bar& Restaurant will be based in Islington and the vibe the investors are aiming for is a relaxed, warm neighbourhood venue where natural wine enthusiasts can enjoy some light food together with organic wines servedby the glass.
Natural wines are typically made with organic grapes, using no added yeast, no filtration, no chemical additives, no new oak barrels, no mechanical manipulations and the GeneralManager will have an understanding and passion for this type of wine.

The successful GeneralManager:
