I am currently looking to recruit a self-motivated and experienced generalmanager on behalf of my client, a modern robata grill restaurant and live music venue, based in East London.

The salary offered is between £40,000 and £45,000 pa negotiable depending on experience.

Dalston Junction The ideal candidate has proven previous experience in managing both the bar operations and the front of house in a similar environment.
The role:
Overseeing every aspect of the restaurant:
you will be responsible for managing efficiently the bar operations as well as the FOH.
Leading by example and collaborating efficiently with the bar team and the BOH team.
Performing general administration duties related to the restaurant activities, such as dealing with operating costs and financial responsibilities, email inbox and reservations system.
Ensuring the restaurant operates according to the premises licenses and health and safety regulation.
