We are looking for a dynamic and passionate GeneralManager to run our top-notch team, with many of our bartenders competing and progressing through competitions including Diageo World Class.
Candidates must show an ability to operate at a very high standard and in fast-paced environment.

Part of the role will be to work closely with our partner brands, such as Moet & Chandon, to deliver limited edition menus, host bar takeovers and represent our brands at off site events.
During the past few years this little hidden gem has experienced the ups and downs common to all iconic cocktail bars in London and held up royally thanks for the tireless effort of its team members; therefore a crucial part of the role is being the spearhead of this team, leading from the front and maintaining a tight knit and talented team of professionals, continuing the history and the tradition of Disrepute, together with wanting it to push it to new heights.
It's not all soirees and rose petals though, the candidate will need to be prepared to work late due to our 3am daily trading hours.
They will need a an understanding of P&L management and budget adherence as well as being able to execute to usual GM duties writing rota, managing stocks, health and safety The role offers a basic package of £55,000 which is broken down into £37,500 salary and £17,500 service charge plus a very attainable bonus scheme of £12,500.
