A GeneralManager is required for this luxury property close to the beautiful and historic city of Cambridge.
The site has recently undergone an extensive and luxurious transformation and upgrade to its substantial facilities, creating a luxurious environment for guests and members.
This includes their stunning events spaces which can cater for events both large and small, with unique rooms drawing a variety of business and clients.
As well as the unique events and events spaces themselves, there is also a restaurant offering a fine dining a la carte service and bars and lounges serving an array of beverages to guests as they absorb the luxury environment.
With all this in mind they are looking for a hands-on GeneralManager with strong experience in running a high-end food and beverage operation who can take large amounts of responsibility in their stride while still pushing for the highest standards within their team.
As it's a fairly new opening, it will give an enthusiastic GeneralManager the opportunity to really make their mark on an establishment.
There is so much potential to increase revenue in many areas of the establishment, especially their event space and food and beverage offering and really grow the business.
As GeneralManager you will:
Be a hands-on Manager capable of inspiring your team across the operation ensuring the highest standards are maintained throughout Provide recruitment and training/coaching for the organizing committee for the purpose of an event Supervision of the production process of an event Possess excellent communication skills, interpersonal abilities Demonstrate good leadership qualities at all times Possess good organisational, analytical, and coordinating abilities Be able to work as part of a team and possess excellent problem-solving abilities If you are looking for a new challenge with a company that can offer excellent career prospects then this could be the perfect role, please apply now.
