The role offers a starting salary of £22,686 per annum, 36.5 days annual leave and an excellent civil service pension.
The contractual working location for this role is Crown Estate Scotland's Edinburgh office in the Quartermile.

Responsibilities You will be working with the Governance Manager to manage a programme of Board and Committee meetings, with associated administration.
Attending Board and Committee meetings and preparing minutes.
Helping prepare Board papers and managing the use of Board portal software.
Providing advice and support to colleagues and managing agents in relation to the organisation's Complaints Handling Procedure, recording complaints and preparing quarterly and annual reporting on complaints handling.
Working across the four parts of Corporate Operations - Governance, Policy, Partnership and Corporate Affairs - to maintain planners and action trackers, ensuring fit-for-purpose templates and processes.
Corporate Operations point of contact for with the Finance team, working with budget holders to coordinate activity.
Collating management information for the Board, including liaison with internal teams, ensuring accurate and timely production of business performance reports and supporting external engagement and events eg scheduling meetings, sourcing venues, helping to prepare presentations.
Managing information for senior management and Board.
Essential Skills 1-2 years' experience in commercial and/or public sector.
Scottish Highers or equivalent Microsoft office skills - PowerPoint, Access, Excel, MS Teams, and SharePoint.
Strong administration and organisational skills.
Ability to be act confidentially and discreetly.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to collate and present complex management information.
Ability to work to tight deadlines and deliver high quality and accurate outputs.
A great team player and able to collaborate with colleagues.
Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload.
Desirable Skills:
Business administration qualification or equivalent and minute and note-taking.
The benefits for you:
Competitive starting salary of £22,686 per annum with potential for future progression as well as eligibility of annual cost of living rises.
The maximum salary for this role is currently £25,662.
Participation in the Civil Service pension scheme.
Contribution levels for the scheme are currently 4.60% employee contribution at the entry salary for this role whilst Crown Estate Scotland contribution levels are 26.6%.
